Make A Reservation

To reserve a date, please do the following:

1. Check the online calendar for open dates.
2. Call Jason at 262-812-4069
3. To hold a reservation you will be required to submit a $250.00 security deposit. This deposit is non refundable in the event the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the reservation. Following departure, cleaning and inspection of the premises, the $250.00 security deposit is refundable barring there are no damages, losses, or excessive filth detected.
4. Approximately 90 days before your arrival you will receive, via email, the Rental Agreement.
5. The first installment of 50% of the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

On Pins and Needles Castle Retreat is a smoke free facility and no pets are allowed.
